Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are Adam Heating and Air Conditioning LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate the website https://adam-hvac.com (the "Site") and provide residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services, including AC repair, AC installation, heating repair, furnace installation, maintenance, indoor air quality support, diagnostics, equipment replacement, and related HVAC services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Our Services

Adam Heating and Air Conditioning LLC provides residential HVAC services in Antelope Valley, including Quartz Hill, Lancaster, Palmdale, and LA County. Our California contractor license is License #1092017.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Content on the Site, including descriptions of services, examples of prior work, photos, pricing references, financing references, timelines, equipment descriptions, or project information, does not create a binding estimate, quote, warranty, or contract.

All estimates, project scopes, timelines, pricing, equipment recommendations, materials, warranty terms, financing availability, and service obligations are subject to inspection, system conditions, written approval, and any separate written estimate, proposal, invoice, financing document, warranty document, or agreement provided by Adam Heating and Air Conditioning LLC.

2. Estimates, Projects, And Site Conditions

Customers may request estimates through the Site or by phone. Estimates may depend on system age, equipment condition, diagnostic findings, service access, attic or crawlspace access, ductwork condition, electrical requirements, thermostat compatibility, refrigerant type, permits, code requirements, equipment availability, manufacturer availability, weather, customer changes, and other factors.

HVAC work may be affected by conditions outside our control, including hidden system defects, pre-existing equipment issues, duct leaks, electrical problems, drainage issues, structural access limitations, unsafe work conditions, permitting delays, supply shortages, manufacturer delays, weather, utility issues, customer scheduling delays, and changes requested after an estimate is issued. Project timelines are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

HVAC systems involve mechanical, electrical, airflow, refrigerant, drainage, and building-related conditions. Performance can be affected by home layout, insulation, windows, ductwork, thermostat placement, equipment sizing, maintenance history, and other site-specific factors. Any warranty or workmanship commitment is limited to the specific written warranty, estimate, proposal, invoice, or contract provided by Adam Heating and Air Conditioning LLC.

3. Payments

Adam Heating and Air Conditioning LLC does not currently accept payments through the Site. Payment terms, deposits, balances, accepted payment methods, financing terms, due dates, and collection terms will be stated in the applicable written estimate, proposal, invoice, financing document, or contract.

Financing, if available, may be offered through a third-party provider and may be subject to credit approval, lender terms, eligibility requirements, separate disclosures, and separate agreements. Adam Heating and Air Conditioning LLC does not guarantee financing approval or specific financing terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Adam Heating and Air Conditioning LLC uses SMS text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers who contact us, request an estimate, submit a website form, call us, text us, or otherwise consent to receive text messages.

Messages may include conversational, transactional, and informational updates such as estimate follow-ups, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, missed call text backs, service coordination, project coordination, customer support, financing follow-ups, and service-related updates.

Any warranty is limited to the terms, exclusions, duration, and conditions stated in the written warranty, manufacturer warranty, or project documents.

Manufacturer warranties may be provided by the applicable equipment or parts manufacturer and may be subject to registration, maintenance, installation, use, and claim requirements. Adam Heating and Air Conditioning LLC does not control manufacturer warranty decisions.

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement from Adam Heating and Air Conditioning LLC, the Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adam Heating and Air Conditioning LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, subcontractors, technicians, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

16. Electronic Communications

These Terms, together with any policies posted on the Site and any separate written estimate, proposal, invoice, financing document, warranty document, or project agreement, constitute the agreement between you and Adam Heating and Air Conditioning LLC regarding the Site and Services, except where a separate written agreement expressly controls.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
